PulseOne is expanding our Service capabilities to assist our customers in the ever-changing IT landscape! We recently added three key members to our Services organization.
Laura Walsh joins us as the Director of Client Services and Customer Success. She previously worked as a Client Account Manager for RSM, a technology and tax consulting firm helping develop and maintain relationships to support 150+ Microsoft Dynamics account. In addition to her experience at RSM, Laura has a extensive experience in developing and maintaining multi-faceted channel programs, managing technology-driven projects, and creating and managing Quick Base applications. At PulseOne, she will lead the entire technical and support teams bringing her more than 20 years of experience in management and IT solutions to PulseOne customers. Laura lives in Rhode Island and enjoys competitive horseback riding during her spare time.
Derek Allen, a US Navy Veteran with more than 20 years of experience in technical support and management, has provided technical support for global service organizations including time with IBM Global Services and MGM Corporation. He also previously ran his own small IT company for many years, servicing the needs of local business owners in the Los Angeles metro area. Derek’s entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership experience, and background with enterprise–level technical support make him a key component in the future of PulseOne and an asset to the Services Team. In addition to his professional career, Derek is also a father, grandfather, and an ordained minister.
James Froio joins us as a Senior Engineering Manager. He began his career as a mainframe assembler language programmer and brings over 30 years of experience in hands on local and remote technical and operational management as well as working managed services, professional services, and service delivery organizations for clients of all sizes across all verticals. At PulseOne, James will manage operational, technical and solutions projects. He is certified in ITIL Foundation and Continual Service Improvement (CSI). James lives near Boston. In his free time, he enjoys hockey as well as vegetable gardening, a good book, and hanging out with his sons.
